UPS will automatically email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number the evening your package ships.
Please allow up to 3 to 5 business days after you send your on-line shopping cart before using this procedure. 
To find out the shipping status of your order, simply enter that tracking number into the field below.

If it has shipped and if it was by UPS in the USA, you can track this way from our website.
Packages cannot be tracked until they have shipped.:

To track (after you wait a reasonable time for processing) at ups.com
1) Put in your invoice number
-Leave the box for our account number blank, not needed.-
2) Choose "United States"
3) Enter your zipcode
4) click the "I agree" box

If your order cannot be found, it is either shipping today or is still in processing to ship another day.
I would need copy of invoice, if you want me to investigate this.
