Developed by Wall Lenk, the L12SCK Cutlass Stencil Cutting Kit is a tool that uses heat to "cut" designs in plastic stencil materials such as Mylar or acetate, and some resist materials used for etching, sandblasting glass, and air brush. The kit includes 18 watt, 120vac, 2-wire professional stencil cutting pen, two different points-WB25Dt pointed tip, and WB25BT angled tip, tool stand, and edge remover disc.

The Cutlass is an 18 Watt heat pen that has been carefully designed for "cutting" stencil patterns from plastic, MYLAR, and resist materials used in quilting, crafts, hobbies, glass etching, sandblasting, sign painting and other commercial and industrial applications.The Cutlass requires less effort and is less tiring than cutting with a utility knife. With a maximum point temperature of 775F. it can easily cut 7 ml thick Mylar. The Cutlass also features a short shaft for good tip control and cutting accuracy. It is ideal for cutting intricate and larger patterns.The Cutlass Stencil Cutting Kit comes with one Cutlass Stencil Cutter with 6 ft. cord, one regular cutting tip, and one bent cutting tip.Replacement tips sold separately.

3 Easy Steps:
Make a copy on a (toner based copy machine or a laser printer) of your pattern/design in color or black & white.
Place the copy face down on the surface to which it is being transferred and, using your TransferTool™, “iron” the pattern/design onto the surface with the disk type tip.
Remove the copy paper by “re-ironing” it while slowly peeling it off. If paper sticks, simply re-iron and repeat above procedure.
