Add to melted chocolate 1 lb. crunch to 2 lb. chocolate, stir to mix. Spread on wax paper and break up when set, pour in candy molds and tape lightly or simply spoon into puddles or candy cups. Great sprinkled on dipped pretzel too or used for ice cream toppings. . Store in a dry cool location. Store in refrigerator March through September for prolonged use. Dry
Fondant for Candy & Icings
Mix with whipping cream and butter to easily make fondant candy centers (add color/flavor/nuts). Can also be used for candy coatings on Cookie Icing, Petit For Icing or small cakes. A ready to use powdered cane sugar product that you reconstitute with liquid (water, condensed milk or cherry juice, etc). Plus it is ideal for Creme Centers, or Cordial Cherries. For candy fillings, simply add butter, Eagle Brand milk, flavors, and food colors. Add water & color for cookie or petit four icing that stays soft but cookies are stackable and petit fours are smooth (MUCH better tasting than royal icing!) Great for Reece cups too, just add your favorite peanut butter and a little butter if you want. Mix with cherry juice for liquid centers. 1 cup Dry fondant, makes about 30 cherries. Candy center recipe included. Ingredients: cane fondant sugar, may contain traces of egg products. Dip nut into the chocolate and tap lightly as you lift the chocolate-coated nut out of the bowl. Set on wax paper to dry. Stir nuts in your melted chocolate and spoon directly into cups or piles on wax paper. |
