TIP FOR OUR FILLINGS: to make this like Godiva chocolates, if you can find jelly or jam to match the filling flavor, don't fill mold cavity quite full with the filling, then top it off with jelly or jam: add chocolate in a whirl motion to seal. YUMMY!

Easy to form into a ball and dip in coating chocolate or press into a candy shell. Add dry candy fondant if you want a stiffer candy and a few drops of water for a thinner candy. TIP: dry hands are best or dust hands with candy fondant. 16 oz tubs ready to use.

Candy Filling, Soft-Creamy

Packaged in a clear disposable bag, simply knead, snip and use. Form a shell with DESSERT MOLDS. Fill with Cremeco candy center and top with chocolate. Freeze to release. NOTE: IF bag is punctured in transit, since filling does not require refrigeration, wipe away any excess filling from the outside of the package. Tape over or drop filling bag into a pastry bag to use.

Candy Crunches

Add to melted chocolate 1 lb. crunch to 2 lb. chocolate, stir to mix. 
Spread on wax paper and break up when set, pour in candy molds and tape lightly or simply spoon into puddles or candy cups. 
Great sprinkled on dipped pretzel too or used for ice cream toppings.

Store in a dry cool location. Store in refrigerator March through September for prolonged use.

Add to chocolate for a European chocolate flavor  is a hazelnut/filbert paste for candies, icings, or ice creams.  1 lb Filbert Paste (Pralines)- Hazelnuts finely ground into a paste. Add/combine to chocolate for a European chocolate flavor truffles and pralines. This product is not available in the summer time.

Dry Fondant for Candy & Icings
Mix with whipping cream and butter to easily make fondant candy centers (add color/flavor/nuts). Can also be used for candy coatings on Cookie Icing, Petit For Icing or small cakes.
A ready to use powdered cane sugar product that you reconstitute with liquid (water, condensed milk or cherry juice, etc). Plus it is ideal for Creme Centers, or Cordial Cherries. For candy fillings, simply add butter, Eagle Brand milk, flavors, and food colors. Add water & color for cookie or petit four icing that stays soft but cookies are stackable and petit fours are smooth (MUCH better tasting than royal icing!) Great for Reece cups too, just add your favorite peanut butter and a little butter if you want. Mix with cherry juice for liquid centers. 1 cup Dry fondant, makes about 30 cherries. Candy center recipe included. Ingredients: cane fondant sugar, may contain traces of egg products.
