Chocolate Roses can be molded in a variety of subtle colors as well as in our Merckens® coating milk, white or dark chocolate. Add an attractive artificial stem with silk leaves. Tie stems together and displayed several different ways: Singly in candy bags, in a candy box, in a floral 2-pc BOX, or an all-clear florist box.

3D Rose 2-pc Bottom fill Mold
TO MOLD: Designed for silk rose stems #88-200/025C127 (below). Melt Chocolate. Clamp mold with wire clips #GT-6012 (below) that will work as a stand also. Pour warm Chocolate into mold; upside down. Pull sepal back and insert stem into melted chocolate. It helps to prop the stems against the bottom of your kitchen cabinets so that stems will stay straight. Allow chocolate to set-up at room temperature then chill in freezer several minuets until chocolate separates from mold. Un-mold. Pull sepal back up around bottom of rose. Add a drop of melted chocolate to secure sepal to rose or cover rose with pretty colored foil squares 5x5".

Rose with Leaf 3D Lollipop 4 cavity Mold
TO MOLD: Designed for 5/32 inch thick Lollipop candy sticks of any length. Cut mold, keeping two buttons per mold side. Wrap stick with green floral tape. Fill both cavities with melted chocolate. Add floral wrapped lollipop stick. Holding molds side by side, quickly flip top of mold onto the side with stick. Remember chocolate is not as thin as water and won't spill. Press mold buttons together. Add mold clamps to the rose seam. Chill several minuets in freezer until chocolate separates from mold. Un-mold.

Artificial Silk Rose Stems, Tape, and Bags
Use our mold #AO-385 (as shown in photo), Butterflies sold HERE
Instructions: Clamp mold with wire clips (#GT-6012), also doubles as a mold stand. Warm our CHOCOLATE!  then pour into mold cavities; upside down. Fold back artificial silk rose stem sepal (88-200) and push it down to extend the stem to insert into chocolate mold. Allow chocolate to set-up at room temperature then chill in freezer several minuets until chocolate separates from mold. TIP: It helps to prop the stems against the bottom of your kitchen cabinets so that stems will stay straight until chocolate is set-up. Un-mold carefully. Pull sepal back up around bottom of rose. Add a drop of melted chocolate to secure sepal to chocolate rose. Cover chocolate rose with pretty colored foil squares 4x4 inch or place in long stem boxes (BX2554, BX2522, 82-112, 1633, BX3053). TIP: After wrapping rose with candy foil, place chocolate rose back into clean chocolate mold and press. This will help candy foil to conform with the mold creases easier.
