fill Mold
TO MOLD: Designed for silk rose stems. Melt chocolate. Clamp mold with wire clips that will work as a stand also. Pour warm chocolate into mold; upside down. Allow chocolate to set-up at room temperature then chill in freezer several minuets until chocolate separates from mold. Un-mold. Pull sepal back up around bottom of rose. Add a drop of melted chocolate to secure sepal to rose or cover rose with pretty colored foil squares 4x4". Fits Boxes below |

2-Piece 3D Rose mold with seal
TO MOLD: Designed for sucker candy sticks. Wrap stick with green floral tape. You may also add separate silk leaves instead of using the chocolate leaf section. Melt chocolate. Uses our mold #3151, Butterflies HERE. SANDY's DIRECTIONS: The rose is a 3-D and it is two piece which you use small binder clips and a super large one on the bottom so that it can stand inside your refrig. And the mold you fill then stick the rose stem once it is in the refrig for about 25 min. then remove the clips and trim the rose a little then take the foil which you buy here. The foil is very thin then wrap around the rose and gently using your fingers pressing to form the foil to the rose then push up the calyx to cover the bottom of the foil of the rose. FROM ShugaMomma (Message Board): When you loosely get the foil around the chocolate piece...press the entire thing back into your mold. You get smoother, even coverage and if you are like me with super hot hands...you don't run the risk of softening it in spots! |
