Will my product melt? WARNING: Use Compound / Confectionery / Summer / Coating Chocolate in candy molds and dipping candies. Real chocolate must be tempered; we offer this type chocolate for the more experienced candy maker. Refunds, Exchanges, or Returns will NOT be issued by Sugarcraft, Inc. or the shipper, for chocolate or other food products. Storage: Wrap small candies or lolypops in cello bags and tie with pretty ribbon. Seal boxed chocolates using cello roll. Place them in sealed containers if possible. Store in as cool a place as possible...around 60 degrees. (Containers that have no odor because would make the choc. taste bad...picks up odors.) If you were to not keep them tightly sealed, chocolate gets a chalky look. It is still good to eat but I'm sure you want them to look pretty too. |

| Flavored Compound Coating Chocolates - Confectionery coating for use in candy molds by the novice and/or professional candy maker. Compound Coating should not be confused with 'Real' chocolate. Our confectionery compound coating has a rich chocolate velvety flavor, and may contain small amounts of cocoa butter or chocolate liquor, but they primarily contain other vegetable fats and cocoa for easier handling and faster set up. Flavored Chocolates have the same velvety melt-in-your mouth feel. Confectionery coating does not contain wax, which could be a health risk for some people. We no longer advise you to add wax to chocolate for dipping or molding chocolates. Confectionery coating is not as sensitive to the high humidity and temperatures of summer. |

Insert 8" sucker stick in banana, freeze. Warm chocolate and dip banana until well coated. Quickly roll in sprinkles/nuts. Place on wax paper until set. Store in air-tight container. Display on a fake styrofoam cake. |
