Helps Protect
against thawing by keeping perishables chilled and at a uniform temperature
for over 12 hours or. Cold Bricks are Formulated with food safe, non-toxic
materials and sealed in a heavy-duty plastic pouch. Cold Bricks are Leak
proof, reusable and economical to use. Used by pharmaceuticals, blood banks
and labs. This is in no way any guarantee but may help during the hot summer
months for shipping icings, chocolate or other perishables. Other sizes

If you choose
to order chocolate during hot weather and it arrives melted, don't press
on it. Leave it in the packing material until it returns to solid consistancy.
It is easier to break apart for re-melting if you don't squis it together.
Melting and remelting will not damage or harm chocolate.
