Alpine Hi-Ratio Shortening - this shortening was made for ICING! It is so much better than crisco or other shortenings for cooking. Ingredients: Partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (Soybean and Palm oils) with mono-and diglycerides, polysorbate 60. Use only 3/4 to 1 cup per 2 pounds of icing. 
WARNING: If you order this during very hot weather, you should make sure it will get to you the same week. Order on Monday and choose 2-3 day shipping option. Sugarcraft and the shipper cannot be held responsible for it melting during transit. Good thing to stock up on in winter.
