Or spread chocolate to make mints. Not for use in oven. Used for around fancy desserts to hold filling in! Use for those yummy pudding filled cakes for a decorative outside appearance. May also be used for adding chocolate trims to the side of an iced cake. Use to make chocolate bow loops too! Simply cut bow loop lengths. Smear melted chocolate down the strip evenly using a small bent spatula. Fold chocolate side in and pinch ends together. When set, remove collar strip. Now you are ready to place the bow loops around in a circle, adding more to the middle to build the bow.

GYRO DISK KIT PME For those who do shaped birthday cakes. A Gyro disc Set is wonderful. This is a set of 4 round discs that have a hole in the center. If you want a shaped board to match the cake you place one of these discs beside your cake or pan, a sharp pencil goes in the center hole and you draw around your cake or pan. RUBBER SPATULAS THAT LAST! 
HIGH-QUALITY All-in-one white rubber spatula. Best of all, it lasts much longer than major brand rubber spatulas available elsewhere. Great for scraping the mixer bowl clean. I have used this for years and would use no other. They scoop up lots of icing at one time and scrape out icing bowls very smoothly. They can be used to scoop up shortening in a larger amount, are good for stirring and mixing. Because they usually are very firm, they won't get too flexible and give away under heavy loads of icing.
