SHIPPING COST is calculated
automatically using our on-line shopping cart. It is Estimate only. Our
sales staff can not quote this for you. Simply drop items into your shopping
cart, click OK to view the order. Choose shipping method, all charges are
displayed.

Shipping charges are determined by the
weight, box size, girth measurement, dimensional weight, and delivery address.
When several heavy products or large items are ordered, shipping may be
off slightly. Charges will be adjusted before package ships. We will attempt
to notify you by phone and/or email if price is more than $5.00 on U.S.
shipments and $10.00 on International shipments.

There may be an additional fee for rural
areas, and/or small communities. This charge will be added without notification
to your payment total. We may also change the shipping method to save these
fees.

An Insurance fee (except small package)
is included to insure your package will arrive to you in good condition.
Should package be loss, damaged, or stolen these fees are NOT refundable.
Sugarcraft will do everything possible to pack your items carefully so
they will arrive to you in good condition and use appropriate material
to keep weight to a minimum.

A handling fee is included, determined
by the box size, packaging material used, and time to process the order
and/or payment.

IF you refuse the package. Upon return
a refund less restocking fee, shipping to and from will be issued to your
payment.

TRACKING
NUMBERS will be automatically emailed to you by UPS. Please allow 3-4
week days for this update. Allow your full amount of shipping days before
emailing for an update. Our sales staff will not have access to this information
for approx. 10 days.

Invoice by Reference (Order) Number using
your zip code, date of order and delivery country. If no details are provided,
check again in 2-3 days.

Brokerage Fees: It may be necessary
for you to pay additional duty, taxes and brokerage fees once your package
arrives, according to Canadian Law. UPS will contact you for payment. Fees
are based on the total value of shipment and on product materials.

with the International Delivery using the U.S. Postal
Service. Shipping charges will be slightly higher but you may avoid duty,
taxes, and/or brokerage fees.

Parcels are shipped using the U.S. Postal

GLOBAL EXPRESS, EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL,
or PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL are available. Normally our Company will ship
your parcel using EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL. However, some countries will be
shipped PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL since shipping charges can not be confirmed
until the products are ready to ship. If you prefer one method over the
other, you are welcome to make this request in the Message Box on the order
if you also agree to any additional funds to be charged to your
credit card.

Customs may stop your parcel for inspection,
according to your country's rules and regulations. Allow up to 60 days
for all parcels to arrive.

Duty, taxes and brokerage fees, etc.
may be assessed by your country once your package arrives. Payable before
delivery will be made.

If your package does not arrive by the
21st week day, the U.S. postal service will only allow up to 90 days from
ship date to file a damage or missing parcel claim. Neither Sugarcraft
nor the U.S. Postal Service will honor any refund and/or replacements after
this date.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Required Addressing: The
full address should be typed or legibly written in English using Latin
alphabet characters and Arabic numerals. An address in a foreign language
is permitted if the names of the city, province, and the country are also
indicated in English. The last line of the address block area must show
only the country name, written in full (no abbreviations) and in capital
letters. Items sent to general delivery must show the addressee's name
and the endorsement "Poste Restante" (French for general delivery). Foreign
postal codes (numeric or alpha), if used, should be placed on the line
above the destination country as shown below.

Please be advised
that some items are susceptible to damage. We at Sugarcraft, Inc. will
do everything in our power to package items carefully. Should your
parcel get damaged during delivery, our contract agreement with the shipper
allows for them to re-box your products and delivery them to you. If damage
does occur it will become the responsibility of the U.S. Post Office to
cover all damage payments. Report damage immediately in writing by email.
Damage
claim may take 15-30 days to complete. No replacement will be shipped.
Please do not call Sugarcraft's retail location as our sales staff
will not have access to your order or payment.
PRODUCTS NOT COVERED FOR REFUND
including Heat Related Damage:
All food items, chocolate, flowers,
gingerbread houses, sugar shapes, wax items, and products in plastic containers
are shipped at the purchasers risk. There are no guarantees that you will
not have some damage with edible items. Please order a few extra for this
reason. No refunds will be issued by Sugarcraft, Inc., the Manufacturer,
or the Shipper.
INSTRUCTIONS:

Return damaged item(s) to the shipping
carton and keep all materials until refund has been
received.

Sugarcraft, Inc. will file the damage
claim for you and send it to our local post office for review. The U.S.
Postal Service will notify you. At this time take everything to your local
Post Office for inspection.

Your Post Master will be responsible
for your refund. This may be done on the spot or mailed to you.

I apologize for a shipping delay! It
is NOT Sugarcraft's intention that your package was late. Guarantee excludes
Holidays or weather related conditions. It is the shippers responsibility
to issue you a refund. Only shipping charges will be refunded less handling
and postage fees. Please allow 5-21 week days to complete.

Should your package arrive late an you
wish to accept the delivery you will only be entitled to delivery charges
less handling fees and delivery fees.

Should your package arrive late and
you refuse the delivery a refund will be issued less insurance fees once
package is returned to Sugarcraft, Inc. by the shipper.
