SHIPPING COST is calculated
automatically using our on-line shopping cart. It is estimate only.
(This is why you can't email us to find out). Combined products, box
size, weight, dimensional weight, and handling fee are factors in your
final shipping charge. When several heavy products or large items are ordered,
shipping may be off slightly. Charges will be adjusted before package ships.
We will attempt to notify you by phone and/or email if price is more than
$5.00 on U.S. shipments and $10.00 on International shipments. Sugarcraft
will do everything possible to pack your items carefully so they will arrive
to you in good condition and use appropriate material to keep weight to
a minimum.

Delivery to APARTMENTS: An adult signature
is required. If package is returned, there will be no refund for shipping
charges and a restocking fee will be assessed. You may request for package
to be left at the office. Make such a request in the Message Box of your

UPS GROUND: Allow 6-10 days for package
to arrive. We can not guarantee delivery date using UPS GROUND. States
surrounding Ohio may get their package in 1-3+ days. Calif. may take 4+
days. UPS will automatically email you the tracking information once your
package has been shipped.

2-WEEK DAY shipping (NEXT DAY) available
for delivery by 8:00 pm on the second weekday, guaranteed by UPS. Available
for U.S. 48 contiguous States ONLY. Not including Saturday or Sunday. IF
package arrives late you are welcome to refuse the package for a full refund.
IF arrives late and package is kept, shipping charges will be refunded
less handling charges and UPS processing fees upon your request by email.

3-WEEK DAY shipping (2 DAY) available
for delivery by 8:00 pm on the third weekday, guaranteed by UPS. Available
for U.S. 48 contiguous States ONLY. Not including Saturday or Sunday. IF
package arrives late you are welcome to refuse the package for a full refund.
IF arrives late and package is kept, shipping charges will be refunded
less handling charges and UPS processing fees upon your request by email.

You may also make a SPECIAL REQUEST
for 3 DAY SELECT available for delivery by 8:00 pm on the fourth weekday,
guaranteed by UPS. Available for U.S. 48 contiguous States ONLY. Not including
Saturday or Sunday. IF package arrives late you are Welcome to refuse the
package for a full refund. IF arrives late and package is kept, shipping
charges will be refunded less handling charges and UPS processing fees
upon your request by email. Shipping charges will be slightly cheaper then
2 DAY and will be adjusted manually when your package is shipped.

areas, and/or small communities. This charge will be added without notification
to your charge total. We may also adjust your shipping to USPS Priority

$7.00 when purchasing $20.00 worth of products. Values of $40.00, brokerage
fees are about $20.00. Values of $200.00, brokerage fees are about $40.00.

Shipping by FLAT RATE SERVICE will take
9 to 23 days days to arrive. Only small items may be purchased. Two shipping
boxes are available: 13-1/2 x 11-3/4 x 3 inch or 11 x 8-1/2 x 5-1/2 inch.
If your products will not fit in one of these boxes, we will manually change
your shipping to GLOBAL EXPRESS SERVICE without notification. Additional
shipping fees will be charged to your credit card without notification.

If your package has not been delivered,
the U.S. postal service will only allow up to 90 days from ship date to
file a damage or missing parcel claim. Neither Sugarcraft nor the U.S.
Postal Service will honor any refund and/or replacements.

Required Addressing: The
full address should be typed or legibly written in English using Latin
alphabet characters and Arabic numerals. An address in a foreign language
is permitted if the names of the city, province, and the country are also
indicated in English. The last line of the address block area must show
only the country name, written in full (no abbreviations) and in capital
letters. Items sent to general delivery must show the addressee's name
and the endorsement "Poste Restante" (French for general delivery). Foreign
postal codes (numeric or alpha), if used, should be placed on the line
above the destination country as shown below.

items before they leave our store; twice. If damage does occur it is through
no fault of yours or ours. It will become the responsibility of the Post
Office to cover all damages. Please be advised that
shipping merchandise is NOT an exact science and some items are susceptible
to damage. We at Sugarcraft, Inc. will do everything in our power to package
items carefully. Damage claim may take 15-30 days to complete. IF you need
a replacement in a hurry, please place a new order. Include the New Invoice
Number with your email so we can request replacement shipping charge credit
for you also.
You will be required to:

Keep all packaging material, the shipping
carton, invoice and damaged item(s).

Sugarcraft, Inc. will file the damage
claim for you and send it to our post office. Then you will receive a certified
slip. At this time take everything to the post office for inspection.

The post master will be responsible
for your refund. This may be done on the spot or mailed to you. You
may wish to ask the post office for replacement shipping at this
time.
FLOWERS, GINGERBREAD HOUSES, SUGAR
OR ICING DECORATIONS:
There are no guarantees that you
will not have some damage with hand made flowers. Please order a few extra
for this reason.
No refunds can be issued by Sugarcraft,
Inc., manufacturer, or the shipper. We will continue to make every effort
possible in packaging them safely for you.

I apologize for a shipping delay! It
is NOT Sugarcraft's intention that your package was late. Our shipping
department will go out of its way to insure that your package is picked
up and delivered in the time frame you have chosen. Excluding Holidays.
It is the shippers responsibility to issue you a postage refund. Please
allow 10-30 days to appear on your credit card account. Only shipping charges
will be refunded less handling and postage fees.
NOTE: This is NOT actually
a guaranteed service. There are always exceptions to the rule. We have
found that UPS and USPS will determine IF a refund is due depending on
