HOW TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AND WHY:
We are glad that you have decided to become a Sugarcraft Customer! You must first open an account with Sugarcraft, Inc. Available for all countries in agreement with the U.S.A. International Express Postal Delivery Service except Nigeria or West Africa because of too much attempted fraud there.

NOTE: Most of UK and Canada are in the Visanet system already. Some German, no other. Verification won't be necassary for those customers. *You will also be asked for verification below when you give a wrong BILLING name or addressanywhere else including USA orders.

INSTRUCTIONS TO ORDER in countries other than UK or Canada:
1. Drop items into our shopping cart.
2. At checkout where you see your order, choose INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS shipping option, then all charges are displayed.
3. Finish order and send it. Print a copy for your records.
4. Email to open your account and with the required documents to proicer@sugarcraft.com.

NOTE: After order is sent and you get our email APPROVED copy and you see:
Card authorized, no address available for verification."

Card authorized, address verification results unknown."

CUSTOMER MUST PROVIDE:
    1. Copy of most recent credit card bill showing card holders SAME name - address for BILLING on your order. You do not need to send confidential information. 

    2. Last 4 numbers on credit card used (so we can verify)

WHY: We have recieved fraudulent orders using stolen credit cards. We want to make sure yours has not been stolen. This guards against stolen credit cards and helps keep you safe, as well as our company.

EXPLANATION: Authorization error happens when your country is not in our Visanet System (which contacts banks to verify name and address of card holder). Thus we verify by hand with you sending proof. This guards against accidentely accepting a stolen credit card,

For all future orders:

Please make a note in the Message Box on all future orders that you have previously opened an account with a copy of your signature and your order will be processed without delay and so you won't be asked for it again.

In no event shall Sugarcraft, Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, special punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, even if Sugarcraft, Inc. has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action under contract, negligence, or any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the information, services, products, and materials available from this site. These limitations shall apply notwithstanding to any failure or essential purpose of any limited remedy. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply to you.

Hi, per our telephone conversation yesterday, I am forwarding a copy of front/back of my credit card in order to process my order.  I am hoping to use the candy molds on my order for a wedding on August 7 and so will need it as soon as possible. Therefore, I am authorizing Sugarcraft to charge my credit card the applicable charges to ship my order via UPS.
